Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference between competency and personality emotion in bowling athletes. To accomplish this purpose, the data were collected using the questionnaire for competence, personality strength, and analyzed according to various statistical procedures. As a result of the analysis, first, it was shown that the competence of bowling athletes can improve their performance. Second, the personality strengths of bowling athletes were found to affect the improvement of performance.
